Deadline: Scenic Beauty Awards

Citizens for a Scenic Wisconsin is once again seeking nominations for our annual Scenic Beauty Awards!

The purpose is to recognize those people and organizations who preserve and protect the special scenic places that make Wisconsin such a wonderful place to live, work and visit

The 2007 Scenic Beauty Award winners were:

* Wauwatosa Beautification Committee
* Pride of Place in Oshkosh
* Community Beautification Association of Eau Claire
* Village of Shorewood
* Adopt-A-Highway Program, Department of Transportation

To nominate a special place in Wisconsin for a Scenic Beauty Award, please complete and return the Nomination Form or send a letter:

describing the setting of your special place, its history, and how it meets the criteria.
picture(s) (either hard copy or electronically)
contact information including name(s), address(es), etc.

The nomination deadline is August 1st!
