For over twenty-five years Great Lakes United has worked tirelessly, and successfully, with the environmental community, governments, industry, unions, and citizens to protect the health of the Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence River.

Our success is a testament to the value of cooperation between a diverse coalition of groups and individuals that cut across social, political and economic divides.

Together, we have raised awareness over toxic pollution in our water, strengthened water quality regulations, helped prevent the diversion of Great Lakes water, and we are the only non-governmental organization in the region working binationally to fight invasive species.

Join Great Lakes United today, and help us ensure a healthy future.
