If you or someone you know is interested in sitting on the Great Lakes United Board of Directors, now is an exciting time to join our team.
Great Lakes United needs board members who believe in the values and goals of Great Lakes United and who possesses the abilities to help us achieve those goals. This includes a commitment to attend board meetings, to serve on Great Lakes United organizational and program committees, and to share in development responsibilities.
Great Lakes United encourages all interested people to submit nominations for any of the positions open for election this year. However, all elected board members must represent a member organization of Great Lakes United. If a nominee is elected but does not represent a current organizational member, they can ask a group with whom they are affiliated to join Great Lakes United or join a current coalition member.
To run, or to nominate an organizational member in good standing, please complete the nomination form (MS Word) and return it to Bonnie Danni at bonnie@glu.org, or by fax to 716-204-9521. Nomination forms must be complete and received by April 15 to be considered. Nominee biographies will be distributed to registrants at the meeting.
