Great Lakes United Comments to the IJC on Adaptive Management Proposal Comments to the International Joint Commission on: “An Adaptive Management Plan for Addressing Extreme Water Levels” - John Jackson, Director, Water Programs, Great Lakes United - March 15, 2013 We support the development and implementation of an adaptive management framework to prepare us for future extreme water level situations to address climate change impacts. However, we have two major concerns with this proposal.
